What is the Ausbildung Program?
The German dual vocational training system (Ausbildung) is world renowned for combining theoretical education with practical, on the job training. However, finding dedicated trainees locally has become challenging for many German businesses.
Our program addresses this by introducing highly motivated, young Indian candidates who are eager to learn a trade and build a long term career in Germany. These candidates are rigorously pre screened for linguistic capability, motivation, and adaptability.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
We source candidates who are fully prepared to immerse themselves in the German vocational system:
- Educational Foundation: Completion of 10th or 12th grade secondary education as a minimum requirement.
- German Language Skills: Attainment of B1 to B2 German proficiency, enabling strong foundational communication in a workplace setting.
- Commitment: A clear intention to successfully complete the multi year training program and commit to the employer postgraduation.
- Adaptability: Pre screened for the maturity and resilience required to study and work in a new cultural environment.
Available Training Fields
We supply candidates eager to pursue vocational training across a broad spectrum of industries currently experiencing trainee shortages:
- Healthcare & Elderly Care: Patient care assistants, nursing trainees, and senior care professionals.
- Hospitality & Gastronomy: Hotel management, culinary arts, and service industry apprenticeships.
- Logistics & Transportation: Warehouse logistics and professional driving fields.
- Technical Trades: Electricians, mechatronics technicians, plumbing, and HVAC apprenticeships.
- Retail & Business: Retail management, sales assistants, and office administration.
Placement Timeline & Intakes
While we source candidates year round to match specific employer demands, our major recruitment flows follow the standard German training cycles.
- Primary Intake (August/September): The major start period for the majority of formal Ausbildung programs. We recommend initiating requests 6 months prior.
- Secondary Intake (February/March): Ideal for programs offering mid year start cycles.
- Flexible Placement: We coordinate directly with employer timelines for bespoke training or specialized programs.
